• Offer expert advice and recommendations on men’s hairstyling and grooming.
• Lead by example, setting professional standards for junior barbers.

• Manage a clientele list, ensuring high satisfaction and return business.
• Contribute to the creative direction of the salon’s men’s grooming services.
